Who We Are

Tender Workforce Solutions was founded by professionals with direct experience working in frontline health and social care, service management, and regulatory compliance. We have sat in the Registered Manager’s chair. We know what it feels like to have a shift uncovered at 11pm. We understand what good care looks like, and what it takes to staff it consistently. We created this organisation because we believed the sector deserved a staffing partner that was genuinely different: one that placed quality ahead of speed-of-fill, matched candidates on values and culture rather than just job titles, and offered operational expertise far beyond filling a rota. Based in the North West and with a growing presence in London and nationwide, we work exclusively within the private health and social care sector. That exclusive focus means every member of our team, every process we operate, and every service we offer is purpose-built for the world our clients inhabit.
